About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Trustpilot, Inc. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us measure, uncover insights, and predict to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Proficient Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to different parts of the business through both workstream-focused initiatives and ad-hoc inquiries.
- Pick the Right Solution: Select the most suitable analytical tools and methods to address business problems.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Commercial/Marketing or Trust teams to understand their data and goals to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Present and Promote Work: Present and promote your work to the wider business to enable data-informed choices.
Requirements:
- Key Analytical Methodologies: Good knowledge of key analytical and statistical methodologies, such as model-based analyses (regression, clustering etc.), cohort analysis and A/B testing, as well as reporting best practices, leveraging BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau etc.).
- Reporting Best Practices: Knowledge of reporting best practices and experience delivering actionable insights leveraging BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau etc.).
- Stakeholder and Project Management: Experience in stakeholder and project management, with the knowledge to deliver results back to the business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in R or Python, and awesome SQL skills.
- Data Pipelines: Familiarity with Airflow, DBT or similar tools used for building data pipelines.
- Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
