About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for military graduates to transition into a challenging and rewarding career in operations management. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, managing inventory, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Manage inventory and supply chain operations to ensure efficient delivery of products
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise processes and improve customer service
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimise work and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience in a logistical working environment
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
