Job Title: Forklift Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at a leading worktop manufacturer. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials around the factory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift to move materials such as woodchip board, laminate, and finished products in and around the factory.
  • Load and unload lorries, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items.
  • Transport materials to designated areas to keep production running.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues or malfunctions.
  • Follow job specifications, health and safety policies, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Driving Licence (required)
  • B1 Licence (required)
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
