Residential Development Solicitor

We are seeking a driven Residential Development Solicitor to join our expert team in Reading or Guildford.

About the Role

As a Residential Development Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers, advising on funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration projects.

What We Offer

You will be joining a Residential Development team that exclusively partners with housebuilders, handling new residential developments of up to 6,500 homes and offering a comprehensive acquisition-to-disposal service. You'll also have the support of dedicated teams in Litigation, Planning, and Construction, ensuring a full-service approach to client work.

Requirements
  • A passion for real estate, especially land acquisition and development
  • Up to 4 years PQE, with experience working with housebuilder clients or a strong commercial property background
  • A commitment to growing and developing your expertise in residential development law
