As a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various business units and operations, focusing on the development and maintenance of our security framework.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will encompass:
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in security technologies, methodologies, and standards.
- Establishing and upholding the principles that form the foundation of a secure architecture.
- Creating and sustaining a policy and approach that consistently ensures 'Secure by Design' and supports ongoing capability development processes and guidelines.
- Collaborating with Security, Operational Technology (OT), and Information Technology (IT) teams to weave security architecture and design processes into all capability development and acquisition efforts.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization's diverse operations and requirements, its threats and vulnerabilities, and identifying security needs and solutions.
- Documenting the existing IT and OT security architectures and system security requirements, while promoting the creation of uniform system design documents and diagrams.
- Developing and maintaining innovative security architectures, policies, and patterns to ensure a cohesive approach to secure system development and installation.
- Evaluating current and emerging threats and security requirements against existing system designs and architecture to pinpoint any effects on our security posture, while also communicating areas for enhancement.
- Assessing new systems and services to determine any implications for our security posture.
- Translating technical challenges and evaluations so that security concerns and risks are comprehensible to all stakeholders.
- Supporting and occasionally leading the technical design of systems and services.
- Assisting Cybersecurity Operations and Incident Response activities as necessary.
Required Qualifications
In this dynamic role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years of experience in developing security solutions and/or security architecture.
- A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced IT, OT, or security certifications.
- Proven understanding of security risks, solutions, and controls.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project and program methodologies and frameworks, and the integration of security architecture/design within those frameworks.
- Proven experience with common architectural models and tools such as ArchiMate, TOGAF, Zachman, or SABSA.
