Our team is looking for an ambitious and creative Technical Bid Writer to join our internal sales team and help create winning content for our proposals and responses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the public sector and technology consulting, in areas such as cloud, DevOps, platforms, and software engineering, and delivery within it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original, persuasive written bid content to meet deadlines
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Create high-quality, re-usable content, including case studies and stock answers
  • Continuously develop and maintain our content library
  • Interview subject matter experts and covert their technical expertise into bid-friendly content
  • Write, edit, and revise proposals according to feedback as well as maintaining consistency in proposal writing by adopting the same tone of voice as other proposals
  • Ability to coach teams and subject matter experts in writing best practices to ensure the highest quality of bid content

Requirements:

  • Previous experience writing public sector bid responses, preferably within the technology services industry
  • Advanced creative writing capability with the ability to write compelling copy
  • Strong understanding of the English language
