Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a large global company. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing electro-mechanical maintenance work across our factory and developing your weaker side, whether it be mechanical or electrical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including planned preventative maintenance and responding to electrical and mechanical breakdowns
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and processes
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards and take corrective action as necessary
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering qualification at Level 3 or above
  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Good fault-finding skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues and management
  • Proactive work attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
