About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team at Moore Insight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value finance ERP digital transformation solutions across the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, coordinate, document, and sign off comprehensive project plans
  • Evaluate and understand business processes and prepare detailed business requirements and process maps
  • Weekly reporting on project plan progress, milestones, deliverables, budget, and resourcing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Work with existing system support teams and work stream leads, as well as key stakeholders
  • Ability to resolve issues and manage change controls
  • Take full ownership for executing the project plan and activities at 'go live' to ensure the smooth and timely rollout of the new BC system
Requirements
  • Full or part-qualified Accountant with a focus on Business Central
  • Financial systems, technology, transformation, and change experience
  • Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
  • Practical management consulting experience, ideally focused on Public Sector clients
  • A working knowledge of finance ERP systems and how they can be used to solve business problems
  • Previous consulting experience with the ability to lead, manage, and deliver projects
  • People management experience of leading, motivating, inspiring, and coaching small teams
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet critical deadlines for the client
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and/or ITIL
