Job Overview

Job Purpose: To install and configure Audio Visual equipment for commercial clients.

Reporting Structure: The AV Installation Specialist will report to the Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

The main focus of this role is to install and integrate Audio Visual equipment on various commercial sites. This involves working closely with internal staff and clients to confirm installation requirements prior to commencing work. The AV Installation Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with clients to understand their Audio Visual needs and preferences.
  • Conducting site surveys to assess the installation requirements.
  • Installing and configuring Audio Visual equipment, including sound systems, video conferencing systems, and display solutions.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the AV Installation Specialist will require:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Audio Visual equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
