About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with anaesthetic experience to join our dynamic Theatre team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the use of supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
  • Participate in safety checks, including WHO Team Brief, Time In and Time Out, and Mandatory Patient checks.
  • Assist the Anaesthetic teams throughout the perioperative phase of care.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff involved in patient care.
  • Monitor and manage stock items, including consumables and equipment.
  • Document all incidents, accidents, and complaints, and report to the appropriate manager.
  • Ensure a safe and infection-free environment for all staff, patients, and visitors.
