We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our team at Brakes, the UK's largest foodservice supplier. As a key member of our National Distribution Centre in Grantham, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items
  • Working in a cool environment, lifting weights of up to 25kg, and having your own transport to get to work
  • Participating in a full induction and optional accredited training, including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving
  • Contributing to a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and opportunities to progress
