Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and delivery of high-quality food and beverages, while maintaining a clean and safe environment suitable for food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and appliances are clean and tidy.
  • Receive, check, and store kitchen deliveries safely.
  • Implement safe food handling practices and cleaning procedures.
  • Present the kitchen area in a well-maintained and attractive condition.
  • Practice safe systems of work across various tasks.
  • Understand personal responsibilities regarding Health and Safety at Work legislation.
  • Act professionally and courteously at all times.
  • Contribute to a team environment and advise management on supply and quality issues.
  • Store supplies and equipment safely and tidily.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
