Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Room Maintenance: Ensure that hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Head Housekeeper, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of linen and service rooms, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
