About the Role
Cavendish Maine is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join their team. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Executive in managing client portfolios, including contract renewal and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with Account Executives to deliver a comprehensive insurance service to existing and new customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial insurance environment, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
