Legionella Risk Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our client's market-leading Water Hygiene Consultancy in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in Legionella Risk Assessing and possess the following qualifications:

  • City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing
  • Good understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG274
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience working on industrial & commercial sites
  • Flexibility to work across Scotland
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 & HSG274
  • Producing schematic drawings & final documents
  • Recommending remedial works for clients
  • Carrying out routine Water monitoring, sampling & temperatures
  • Liaising with engineers & plumbers to ensure works are completed effectively/efficiently
