The Role:
The Trading Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Trade Support: Providing daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and trading activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Automation: Building and maintaining automated processes and tools to enhance trading efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize trading operations.
- Team Collaboration: Promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
- Asset Class Expertise: Engaging with various asset classes and trade executions to gain a deep understanding of our trading operations.
- Cash and Collateral Management: Managing cash and collateral across multiple brokers to ensure efficient and compliant trading operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: 2-10 years of relevant industry experience in a trading operations role.
- Skills: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and fix problems in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Go.
