Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including equipment, fixtures, and furniture.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, and implement measures to minimize the hotel's environmental impact.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff, responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
