About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Bristol, South West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with commercial and surveying responsibilities for new build housing developments across Avon, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with commercial and surveying responsibilities for new build housing developments.
  • Compile reports and schedules as required.
  • Undertake general commercial administrative duties, including filing, emails, and ensuring a general tidiness to Commercial presentation.
  • Assist with sub-contractor procedures and processes, materials, and goods, while checking compliance with Group Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
  • Recently qualified or an experienced Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience working for a sub-contractor, main contractor, residential developer, or Housing Association.
