We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Bristol depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, leading a small team, and ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
