Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our nationally-based Building Surveying team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and undertaking surveys, formulating designs and specifications, and administering projects and programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a positive proactive approach to the role and be committed to delivering customer service excellence with good commercial results.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management
- Contract Administration and Employer's Agent
- Design and Specification Writing
- Pre-acquisition Surveys
- PPM and Asset Condition Schedules
- Quality and Technical Monitoring
- Bank/Fund Monitoring
- Defect Diagnosis
- Dilapidations
- Measured Surveys
- Party Wall Awards
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Building Surveying and have a willingness to work remotely with occasional travel nationally. You will be able to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
