About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Home Care Assistants to join our care and support team in Banbury. As a Home Care Assistant, you will work delivering person-centred, specialised care to our clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence is essential
  • Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
