Job Title: Customer Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team at the Security Industry Authority (SIA). As a key member of our Customer Support Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals and businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via various contact channels, including telephone, email, and social media.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on SIA licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate non-compliance or non-conformance issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and individual performance targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a regulatory or compliance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
