About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Le Pont de la Tour. As the driving force behind our culinary operations, you'll bring a creative flair to our menu, using only the finest ingredients. Your keen eye for the bottom line will optimize profits through astute financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold exceptional standards and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Innovate and curate menus for the restaurant and food offerings.
  • Lead the kitchen brigade, ensuring smooth operations and leading by example.
  • Collaborate on the creation and implementation of F&B strategies.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, payroll, margins, and all financial aspects.
  • Nurture and develop the brigade through training and mentorship.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety and health standards.
  • Bring previous experience as a Senior Chef in a Hotel or high-volume restaurant.
  • Proactively solicit menu feedback, adapting offerings as needed.
  • Demonstrate resilience, ambition, and drive to contribute to the restaurant's success.
