Primary Care Physician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at Bupa Health Clinics. As a General Practitioner Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care consultations and health assessments to our customers.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position, working 4 x sessions per week, with a competitive salary and fantastic benefits package. You will be working in a dynamic and flexible environment, with a supportive network and a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face health assessments and private GP consultations to our customers.
- Undertake clinical work in accordance with the standards of good clinical practice.
- Attend and participate in clinical meetings and training sessions as required.
- Participate in an annual clinical review and competency assessments within Bupa.
- Work with the Lead Physician on quality improvement activities, including audits.
- Provide clinical advice and guidance to colleagues, including health advisors and administrative staff.
Requirements:
- GMC GP Registration.
- A professional manner, with a caring nature that extends to patients and colleagues.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training certificate.
- Current Adult and Children Safeguarding Level 3 training certificate.
- Member of a Medical Defence Organisation.
- Great time management and flexibility.
- Current experience in general practice, with good clinical decision-making skills.
- Taking pride in your work and doing the best job you can.
- IT Proficiency, including MS Office, e-records, and e-prescribing.
- Undertakes regular CPD activities in line with requirements of appraisal and revalidation.
