We invite you to become a vital part of our dynamic team at CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd, where you will engage in significant projects within the construction sector. We are in search of a meticulous and well-organized professional to take on a pivotal role in managing the financial and contractual elements of our ongoing contracts.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks, including comprehensive management of Compensation Events, effective communication with clients to address account discrepancies, and ensuring that all contractual notifications are submitted promptly. Experience with NEC contracts, particularly NEC3 Option B, is a prerequisite. Familiarity with CEMAR is advantageous, and we are open to providing training as necessary.
This position requires close collaboration with the Site Team, with reporting duties to the Managing Surveyor. Success in this role may lead to further opportunities within our Southern teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Compensation Events from initiation to completion
- Address and resolve client account issues
- Ensure timely submission of contractual notifications
- Prepare and submit CE quotations in accordance with contract schedules
- Efficiently close out existing Compensation Events
- Manage subcontract orders, oversee subcontractors, and process payments
- Generate monthly Applications for Payment
- Deliver monthly financial reports and forecasts
