About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our Global Programme Office, you will be responsible for delivering projects that drive innovation and growth in the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client liaison and relationship management
  • Bid management and proposal development
  • Project planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Revenue management and profitability
  • Productivity and forecasting
  • Risk management and quality control
  • Continuous process improvement and problem resolution
  • Resource allocation and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering technical projects in a leading/management role in the Defence sector
  • Good knowledge of MOD procurement processes
  • Experience in Maritime, including integration and assurance processes for deploying technology onto a naval platform
  • 10 years of experience in project and programme management
  • Leadership of large, complex, multi-functional teams
  • Ability to gain SC Clearance
  • Proficient with Project Finances, Revenue Recognition, Margin Improvement, and Month-end Reporting
  • Proven ability to plan and organise projects effectively, with excellent attention to detail
