About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Rank Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations within the venue, including bar and restaurant operations, to ensure high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that the venue is operating at optimal levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and professional image for The Rank Group.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, leading teams, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
