As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive housing management services to tenants and residents in the base locality and on occasion across other localities within Perth and Kinross.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support tenants to ensure they are comfortable and secure in their homes
  • Provide advice and guidance to help tenants sustain their tenancies and contribute to attractive, safe, and sustainable neighborhoods
  • Estate and tenancy management, including neighborhood, anti-social behavior, and environmental complaints
  • Rent and arrears management, housing advice, and information
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the community to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • Certification in Housing Practice (CIH Level 3 or 4) or equivalent
  • Valid UK driving license for travel to various locations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
