Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to join our team at Immunodiagnostic Systems Hldgs PLC. As an Export Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and overseeing inbound shipments from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, verifying deliveries and updating inventory records to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor expiry dates, and implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation system to minimize stock obsolescence.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining records, to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Physical Tasks: Assist with packing, unpacking, and lifting boxes using pallet lifts, as needed.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or within a logistics and warehouse environment is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.
