Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications

  • Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a Shared Service environment.
    • Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a focus on developing and retaining talent.
  • Skills
    • Strong accounting and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to work under pressure, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
