About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Court of Protection Lawyer to join our team in Manchester. As a Court of Protection Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of Grade C Court of Protection work and supporting senior lawyers on more complex files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle your own caseload of Grade C Court of Protection work
  • Support senior lawyers on more complex files
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth delivery of cases
Requirements
  • 4 years' experience assisting on Court of Protection files as a paralegal or legal executive
  • Strong knowledge of Court of Protection law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
