We are seeking a talented Financial Modeller/PE Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and advising on potential strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the financial performance and potential synergies of target companies.
  • Assist in the valuation of target companies using various methodologies, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis, and discounted cash flow analysis.
  • Support the execution of M&A transactions from inception to closing, including deal structuring, negotiation support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments relevant to potential M&A opportunities.
  • Analyse financial statements, historical performance, and projected financials of target companies to assess financial health and performance trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Modelling experience is essential, with experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, including LBO, DCF, and general financial modelling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools/software.
