Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Recruit Select. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts administration and be currently studying AAT level 3 or 4, or have relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage deposit returns and liaise with clients via telephone
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, as well as petty cash and tenant invoicing
  • Perform daily tasks, including bank reconciliation, banking, and inputting contractor invoices
  • Process payments to landlords and contractors, and manage arrears
Weekly and Monthly Tasks:
  • Manage arrears, prepare landlord statements, and contractor remittance advice
  • Register deposits and prepare fee reports
  • Perform TDS reconciliations and postage management
