About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Wise Employment. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production company's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the deputy for the Demand Planning Manager, including involvement in promotional sign-offs and chairing regular meetings.
  • Manage base sales and forecast accuracy, creating and publishing KPIs to track performance.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Compile and communicate short- and long-term capacity plans, taking into account planned maintenance scheduling, training, briefs, and hygiene tasks.
Requirements
  • Planning or scheduling experience.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Highly literate and numerate.
  • Experience of using planning systems such as Aurora/System 21/Exceedra/Procast or similar.
  • Experience of analyzing data to drive decision-making and achieve targets.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts for periods of annual leave.
