Position:

Antitrust Litigation Counsel

Location: London

Salary: £164-172K plus bonus and benefits

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years PQE in antitrust law with a focus on litigation at a Top Tier Law Firm
  • Experience in High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal antitrust litigation
  • Strong academic credentials with a law degree from a recognized institution
  • Comprehensive understanding of antitrust law principles and procedures
  • Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee antitrust litigation cases, including case assessments and preparation for hearings
  • Conduct legal research on complex antitrust law matters
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to formulate case strategies
  • Draft legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
  • Engage with clients, counsel, and experts to collect evidence
  • Stay informed on developments in antitrust law
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
