12t Driver

**Job Summary**

As a 12t Driver at DX, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by transporting products safely and efficiently to our customers' premises. This is a multi-drop delivery route, requiring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Represent DX in a professional manner at all times, adhering to our company values and procedures.
• Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and completing necessary paperwork.
• Scan products using DX scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
• Load deliveries safely and efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to DX procedures and policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Manage your routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved, meeting customer expectations.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are in good order and used at all times.
• Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office immediately, maintaining open communication.
• Deliver products in excellent condition, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer issues in a polite and effective manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Collect products in line with given instructions and times, maintaining a high level of efficiency.

**Essential Criteria**

• Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
• Have a maximum of 6 points on your license and no bans.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to build a rapport with customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
