At ASOS, we're passionate about fashion and technology, and we're looking for a talented Merchandise Planning and Trading Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our Merchandise Planning team, you'll be responsible for planning and trading key categories, managing budgets and OTB, and supporting the Head of Merchandise Planning in distributing these across business units.

You'll work closely with product teams to agree on budget allocation pre-season and analyze performance to identify opportunities and risks, making recommendations to drive sales and margin.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proposing and managing product category budgets across business units
  • Producing clear budget targets on time with regular review periods
  • Strategically planning and trading category performance to manage intake and OTB allocation
  • Providing targets for full price, promotion, and markdown to product and channel teams
  • Providing and interpreting performance analysis and proposing actions to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of driving sales performance through creative thinking, commercial approach, and control of financial budgets and targets. If you have experience in planning, managing sales, stock, intake, and OTB, and a strong numerical acumen, we'd love to hear from you.
