Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate services aimed at supporting children and families within designated areas or central teams.
  • Foster robust collaborations with educational institutions, law enforcement, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other local entities.
  • Ensure the creation and evaluation of high-quality Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Work closely with team members to facilitate timely processing of EHCP assessments.
  • Act as a primary contact for EHCP-related inquiries, maintaining close communication with parents and young individuals.
  • Focus on achieving quality outcomes for children.
  • Contribute to strategic business initiatives and special projects.
  • Represent the team in both internal and external forums, advocating for and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and case management capabilities.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing and producing high-quality EHCPs.
  • Maintain a commitment to prioritizing quality outcomes for children.
