Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Limited. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for conducting matters on behalf of clients, demonstrating a high degree of competence in all conveyancing matters, and managing support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct conveyancing matters on behalf of clients, ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a high degree of competence in all conveyancing matters, staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage support services, including supervision of own support staff, to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Participate in marketing activities, networking, and developing new business opportunities to grow the practice.
- Exercise financial control, including cash flow management, billing procedures, and financial targets for income.
- Provide assistance to other fee earners within the practice as required, with a focus on supporting colleagues during periods of sickness and annual leave.
- Bill clients in accordance with notified charging rates, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Minimize risk in dealing with all work, ensuring compliance with risk and file management procedures within the firm.
- Undertake suitable training and comply with the training policy within the firm and the competency framework of the SRA.
Requirements:
- Degree and LPC technical qualification required.
- Established IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A desire to learn and succeed.
