Role Summary:

As a Lead Photonic Systems Engineer at Finchetto, you will be instrumental in the design, prototyping, and evaluation of fibre optic systems and subsystems for our advanced all-optical network switch. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will contribute to the creation of pioneering products that will redefine the future of networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer fibre optic systems and subsystems tailored for Finchetto's all-optical network switch.
  • Engage in prototype development and testing phases, enhancing performance and dependability.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis and validation of photonic designs to ensure they meet performance, quality, and regulatory benchmarks.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams to share technical insights and project updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
