Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Forseven, an innovative leader in the electric vehicle sector, is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to enhance our talented IT team. This position offers flexibility, allowing work from multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated testing solutions to uphold software quality.
  • Generate unit tests for user interface components.
  • Establish integration tests to confirm seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Collaborate with developers across various platforms to grasp application features and formulate testing strategies.
  • Refine and optimize existing test scripts for improved performance and maintainability.
  • Investigate and adopt new testing technologies and frameworks pertinent to ongoing projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles, ideally within a cloud-native context.
  • Familiarity with widely-used test automation frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Appium, and tools like Selenium.
  • Knowledge of AWS security best practices for testing environments is advantageous.
  • Certifications that are beneficial include: ISTQB Certified Tester and AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
