We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join our client's team in Crewe. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the overall operational control of the facility, including manufacturing, engineering, and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) aspects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in automated processes involving PLC control. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the facility, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of approximately 15 personnel
