About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Section Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with training and development of colleagues
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth store operations
- Monitor and maintain product availability and stock levels
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve store goals
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills. As a Section Leader, you will be a role model for your colleagues and will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience.
