About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Design Lead to join our team at HYF Recruitment. As a Senior Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading multiple design projects simultaneously, providing creative direction, and making key design decisions to shape our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate design projects by gathering essential information, developing effective design solutions, and clearly demonstrating how the designs meet the requirements of internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project workflows and communications to meet deadlines.
  • Guide internal clients and teams on the application of brand guidelines, contribute to their evolution, and craft templates and new visual elements for the brand.
  • Support the development of high-quality image asset libraries that are consistent with brand guidelines and used across all firm communications.
  • Implement core design principles to strategic projects that align with brand standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong design skills, including typography, hierarchy, color application, grids, layout, photography selection, and accessibility skills.
  • Experience in designing for digital and multi-media projects as well as traditional design.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or an equivalent.
  • Experience as a designer in a professional services or business-to-business environment.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems, email marketing systems, digital and social marketing, and UX.
