Key Responsibilities
In the role of Inventory Control Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the procurement orders generated within the facility.
- Overseeing inventory levels in accordance with the facility's operational demands, utilizing replenishment systems for medical supplies.
- Handling the selection of supplies for surgical procedures.
- Maintaining precise pricing records for integration with patient accounts.

Job Duties
- Sanitize and prepare designated areas in accordance with established protocols, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for our patients.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents effectively while adhering to health, safety, and infection control standards at all times.
- Properly and safely prepare, utilize, clean, and store equipment, tools, and materials.
- Fully and correctly utilize any protective or safety gear provided.
- Offer general assistance and support as a collaborative team member.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in using software applications.
- Experience in precise data entry.
- Highly organized.
- Understanding of confidentiality principles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCSE qualifications A-C.
- Previous experience in inventory management.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and Compucare.
