Job Title: Customer Account Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Account Advisor to join our team at Reed. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our benefactors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and tailored responses to all enquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Donation Processing: Process all forms of income to the charity, including web orders and donations, phone calls, postal orders and donations, and gifts given at appeals and events.
  • Communication: Make outgoing calls as part of regular campaigns, following an agreed script and using information from the Raisers Edge to call supporters in the lead-up to events, and at special times of the year.
  • Relationship Building: Act as an ambassador for ACN UK, engendering loyalty and trust from our benefactors, and strengthening relationships through every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Technical Competencies: Passion for delivering excellent customer/benefactor experience, experience of working in a service-related environment, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Personal/Interpersonal Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, professional and confidential approach, and a self-starter able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Strategic Competencies: Experience of or an interest in the charity sector.
