Industrious Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supply Chain/Demand Planner to join a dynamic team. To qualify for this role, you must have previous Supply Chain/Demand Planning work experience, excellent work ethics, and pride yourself on attention to detail. You should be reliable and hardworking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Order Management: Coordinate and manage sales orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  2. Customer Forecasting: Analyze customer demand and develop forecasts to inform production planning.
  3. Demand Planning and Production Scheduling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand plans and production schedules.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights for business improvement.

This role requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, with experience in SAP a plus.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
