About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Information Analyst to join our Finance Performance Reporting team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful financial analysis and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of our reporting strategy to ensure alignment with our business strategy and key priorities.
  • Support the development of a fit-for-purpose reporting tool strategy to provide customers with standard reports and analytical tools that meet and anticipate user needs.
  • Support the development of reporting and data requirements for projects to achieve business goals and priorities.
  • Review MI/Reporting to identify areas for improvement and rationalization to enhance effectiveness.
  • Use expertise to support the delivery of MI small changes, such as adding new data fields or calculated values, to support users and minimize disruption to applications and tools.
  • Ensure that the needs of business clients/users are fully understood and proactively resolve issues and queries to facilitate effective reporting.
  • Responsible for the production of our monthly pricing metrics and quarterly performance management data submission to Lloyds.
About You

  • Excellent communication and effective stakeholder management abilities.
  • Significant experience in the insurance industry, financial services, or a regulated environment.
  • Extensive MI experience in a business-facing, client-support role with technical BI/MI skills to support the role.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills with excellent planning and organizing abilities.
  • Networking skills and influencing skills.
  • Excellent MS Excel capabilities.
  • Experience using visualization tools, such as Power BI.
