This position is situated within our Meals Solutions division, which encompasses five manufacturing facilities that produce a diverse range of over 500 products, including ready meals, soups, sauces, and desserts.
The role is based at our Pizza Factory, renowned for producing high-quality pizzas for major retailers. Our facility operates at a remarkable capacity, producing over 1 million pizzas weekly, and comprises two distinct factories: a bakery and a toppings site.

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative engineer to join our maintenance team, providing exceptional engineering support to the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting scheduled maintenance tasks while actively seeking innovative methods to enhance operations and proposing solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Addressing equipment breakdowns and faults in a dynamic, fast-paced food production environment.
- Collaborating with team members and closely engaging with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance engineering reliability.
- Possessing an apprenticeship background with experience in planned and reactive maintenance roles.
- Experience in the food or FMCG sector is preferred, but we welcome applications from engineers of all backgrounds who demonstrate a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for engineering.
- Familiarity with maintaining and repairing food production machinery, such as conveyors, wrappers, mixers, and ovens, is advantageous.
