Job Title: Bar Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and handle customer transactions.
  • Assist with stock management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy bar or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
